We hope that you are satisfied with your product. Because each item is personalized, we can not offer returns or exchanges. Please be sure of the design before purchasing. I take great pride in my work so I will not ship or create an item that has a defect.

I take privacy very seriously, therefore, any photos sent via email to create a personalized item will not be shared with anyone except myself.

Payment

Shipping

We offer a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can pay using credit cards, e-transfers or offline payments (cash or cheque). Credit cards are subject to fees, therefore, offline payments will be cheaper.
To received the discounted price, please send an email with your order and an invoice will be generated. Once the invoice is received, an e-transfer will need to be sent to craftsbyme.4@gmail.com. After payment has been received, the order will be processed and shipped. You will receive an email with the shipping information.

We offer a few different shipping solutions:

1) You can select pick up your order in Elk Point. (Free)

2) You can have someone else pick it up for you and deliver it if they are passing through. (Free)

3) You can have it delivered within the area for a flat rate of $20. There will be one day a week that delivery can be done.

4) You can have it shipped through Canada Post. These shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
